Rodent Control: Inspection, Trapping, Exclusion & Cleanup
Rats, mice, gophers and squirrels, handled from the first inspection to the cleanup.
How we handle rodents
Rodent work starts with an inspection. A tech checks the outside and inside of your home and finds where they’re getting in. We inspect from the ground and don’t walk on roofs, because tiles crack and many roofs aren’t safe to stand on.
After the inspection, you get an estimate with what we recommend and what it costs.

Frequently Asked Questions
Why not just put out poison bait?
Rodents that eat poison often die inside walls or the attic, which leads to odor and flies. Trapping and sealing the entry points avoids that.
Do you handle gophers and squirrels?
Yes. Call us and tell us what you’re seeing.
Will you go up on my roof?
No. We inspect from the ground. Roof tiles break easily and many roofs aren’t safe to walk on.
Ready to have someone take a look?
